Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 42600 platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 42600 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published by 42600. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
The 42600 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable Malaysian law.
42600 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable rules.

2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 42600 platform. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full name, a valid email address, and an active phone number. Registration using false information, another person's identity, or invalid data is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. 3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
As a 42600 platform user, you agree to comply with all applicable rules and to refrain from any activity that could harm the platform, other users, or third parties. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from 42600.
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity through the platform.
- Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to use your account.
- Exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
- Posting content that is offensive, threatening, or that violates other users' privacy.
- Accessing the platform from regions where doing so is prohibited by local law, without taking the necessary compliance steps.
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in account suspension or closure without compensation, and legal action where 42600 deems it necessary.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 42600 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of local payment methods, including online banking transfers (FPX) and approved e-wallets. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set by the platform from time to time.
Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits come from a legitimate source. 42600 reserves the right to request identity verification and proof of the source of funds to meet legal compliance requirements. Transactions suspected of involving fraud or illegal activity will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered in the user's name. Processing times are subject to 42600's internal verification procedures and may take several business days depending on the chosen method. Any fees or charges imposed by the user's bank or third-party payment provider are the user's responsibility.
5. Liability Limits & Disclaimer
The 42600 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
42600 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of anticipated profits, or business interruption.
In the event of any conflict between the Bahasa Malaysia version and any other translation of this document, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall prevail. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
6. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the 42600 platform — including logos, text, graphics, images, interface designs, and software code — is the exclusive property of 42600 or our licensors and is protected under Malaysian copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of 42600.
Our platform may contain links or references to third-party websites for your convenience. 42600 does not control or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. You access third-party links at your own risk.

7. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
42600 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or conducted any activity that compromises the security and integrity of the platform.
If your account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be frozen pending the outcome of an investigation. 42600 will notify the user of the investigation's outcome within a reasonable timeframe. Users who are dissatisfied with the outcome may submit an appeal via email to [email protected], including their account details and the grounds for their appeal.
Users may also request to voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid remaining balance will be refunded to the registered bank account once the verification process is complete.
